Vacuum forming + polyurethane = solid!
The ORS technique strengthens vacuum formed plastic by applying several layers of expanded polyurethane foam to the specified thickness and rigidity. There are multiple areas of use.
Fastening elements can be integrated into the strong, elastic material. That allows us to build insulating sandwich constructions that can be used in products where the combination of stability and low weight are important. Good examples include armour and covers for road rollers.

The technology is based on injecting lightweight, expanded polyurethane (PUR) in a number of layers to achieve the desired thickness.
The material can be recycled!
With a broad area of application the PUR technology is an important complement to our offer of unimaginable possibilities in plastics. The material can be recycled and consequently is fully aligned with our policy of reducing the environmental footprint of our activities.
Fixation elements can be integrated in the strong yet elastic material.
In this way we can work up insulating sandwich constructions which are very usable in many varied circumstances, where stability and low weight are a decisive combination.
